The wealth inequality gap in our world today is arguably higher than it has even been in history. 62 People own as much wealth as 50% of the entire population combined according to Oxfam and this gap is predicted to only grow wider and further.
Those 62 individuals, however, are just the tip of the iceberg and do not take into account all the wealth that is being hidden from official records by the elites.
Like those who hide their wealth, the infographic below is certainly debatable, when you consider the fact that it doesn't include the likes of the Rothschilds, the royals or the Pope, but it does still manage to provide us with some insight about who some of the most powerful people in known history are and how the wealth gap and exploitation of average people ("tax payers") has been going on for thousands of years..
