New leaked documents reveal that billionaire George Soros bribed former Vice President Al Gore with millions of dollars in order to fabricate data and manipulate public opinion about global warming.
For those who don't remember, 10 years ago Al Gore was in the spotlight in the documentary "an inconvenient truth" (nicknamed by some today an inconvenient lie) for his role in propagating the threat of global warming.
MIT atmospheric physicist Richard S. Lindzen was very critical of the film, writing in a June 26, 2006 article in the Wall Street Journal that Gore used propaganda to exploit the fears of the public for his own political gain. Similarly, Phil Hall gave the film a negative review based on the fabricated data by exclaiming "An Inconvenient Truth is something you rarely see in movies today: a blatant intellectual fraud."
Now, we might finally understand the real motivation behind his lies. According to a document published by DC Leaks, Soros used his Open Society Institute to funnel Al Gore $10 million dollars per year provided Gore would exaggerate claims about man made climate change to the public.
According to the Washington Post;
His 2006 docudrama, “An Inconvenient Truth,” warned of dire threats to civilization from human-caused global warming, pointing to Hurricane Katrina as an example of what happens when humans anger nature. Inconveniently, despite steadily rising atmospheric carbon dioxide, no major hurricane has made landfall in the United States for 130 months.
Mr. Gore warned that rising temperatures are melting glaciers and the collapse of a major ice sheet in Antarctica could raise ocean levels by 20 feet, inundating coastal cities and causing tens of millions of climate refugees. In the 10 years since he made those wild predictions, coast dwellers everywhere still have dry feet. Warming in Antarctica ended around 1998 and temperatures have been falling since.
Further, analysis of ice core samples reveal the global climate was warmer 115,000 years ago and sea levels were 20 to 30 feet higher then than now. Oil was just the gooey stuff that the cave man’s missus told their children to wipe off their feet before tracking it into the grotto, and that was before their children’s children figured out how to use it to drive their SUVs.
Consequently, fears over the effects of climate change that Mr. Gore’s film heightened have since fallen, and fallen far. A recent YouGov poll found that only 9.2 percent of Americans considered global warming their greatest concern. In his pursuit of “political space for aggressive U.S. action,” Mr. Soros‘ investment in Mr. Gore’s activities has not persuaded most Americans.
So why is this a bad thing?
This is something that should be deeply concerning for us all, because billionaires like George Soros have an endless supply of money that corrupt politicians like Al Gore will gladly take in exchange for peddling whatever propaganda the elites want, and one thing we can rest assured of is that their propaganda will always result in more power for them at the expense of the people.
In this particular instance, a carbon tax is something that became a major topic of discussion after this film, which falls on the shoulders of the middle class in a society and not the big corporations which are actually the real culprits behind the destruction of the planet. In this way, the elites can find yet another clever way to extort billions and billions from the people. This system has to change!
