In what some believe to be an attempt to rewrite history and further aid the Zionist state of Israel in wiping out Palestine entirely, as if it had never existed, the muti-billion dollar tech giant Google has literally removed the name of Palestine from Google Maps and replaced it with Israel.
Needless to say, people are pissed.
so google completely removed palestine from google maps. I love how normalized erasure and stealing land is in 2016 pic.twitter.com/nS5E95p4D1

A recent petition, with over 300,000 signatures, says that Google is “making itself complicit in the Israeli government’s ethnic cleansing of Palestine,” but, as suggest by a website by the name of Disputed Territories, this is most likely because Google is under the pressure of certain authorities
“Abroad, Google Maps has waded into raw, tender issues of national identity,” that site says in its introduction. “For example, take its depiction of Crimea on maps.google.com, where a dashed line reflects the U.S. view that the area is an occupied territory. But in Russia, on maps.google.ru, the boundary line is solid — Russia has officially annexed Crimea.”
And this particular instance, seems to be no different. It is no secret how powerful the elitist Zionist influence is.
UPDATE: Google finally responded and said the label “Palestine” has never actually even existed on the map, but the “Westbank” and “Gaza Strip” did. They said these were recently removed because of a “bug” in their system which suggest a cyber attack of some sort.
