NYC only lets dogs on the train if they're in a container, so owners got creative

There's a new rule in New York City that expressly states;

“No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container.”  

This has caused a lot of frustration among users, because for a long time they took their dogs along with them.

Unjust rules, however, are made to be broken and people are now creatively coming up with ways to get around this;
